Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore Officially Divorced

"Real Men Don't Buy Girls" Launch PartyActors Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have finalized their divorce two years after separating, bringing official closure for one of Hollywood’s most prominent couples.

The end to the eight-year marriage was made final on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, with both actors agreeing not to pay spousal support.

In March, Moore, 51, had asked the court to grant her financial support from Kutcher, an unusual move for one of the top-earning women in Hollywood during the 1990s.

Kutcher, the star of CBS television comedy “Two and a Half Men,” filed for divorce from Moore in December 2012 after more than a year of separation. He cited irreconcilable differences with the “G.I. Jane” star.

The 35-year-old film and TV star has been the highest-paid actor on television for the last two years, earning an estimated $24 million annually, according to Forbes magazine.

Moore began dating Kutcher a few years after her split from actor-husband Bruce Willis, when Kutcher was a young star on the TV sitcom “That ’70s Show.”

The relationship became tabloid fodder because of their 16-year age gap, and the couple married in September 2005 in Los Angeles.

Moore and Kutcher separated in November 2011 after six years of marriage, after a San Diego woman said she had a brief affair with Kutcher.

Kutcher is currently dating his former “That ’70s Show” cast-mate Mila Kunis.

The Bachelor’s Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson Call It Quits

The Bachelor's Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson

The Bachelor’s Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson

Wow. We did not see this breakup coming! Unless, of course, you were a fan of every other Bachelor and Bachelorette romance that has bitten the dust since those shows premiered, in which case you probably weren’t so optimistic about this relationship.

Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson, the most recent betrothed couple to come out of The Bachelor, have broken up after nine months together, E! News has confirmed.

“After meeting over a year ago, we have decided to end our romantic relationship,” Flajnik and Robertson said in a joint statement. “The ups and downs weighed heavily on us both, and ultimately we started to grow apart because of the distance, time apart, and our need to focus on our respective careers.”

Those “ups and downs” could be in reference to the fact that Ben broke up with Courtney right after the finale, which he admitted on the After the Final Rose special.Or maybe it was the rumor that he cheated on her when photos surfaced of Ben kissing another girl?

Regardless of all that, their engagement was a rocky road from the beginning, which is why we thought they might make it work because they told us they were“taking it slow” and not in a any hurry to get married. But that was back in March, and now it seems that their slow time together did not help the relationship.

For those keeping score, after 16 seasons of The Bachelor, and seven seasons of The Bachelorette, only three couples are still together. If those people can’t find love on a television reality show, then what hope is there for the rest of us?

Seal on Heidi Klum and her Bodyguard: She Decided to “Fornicate With the Help”

Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum takes a stroll with her children and bodyguard, Martin Kristen, on right.

It’s safe to say Seal isn’t too keen on the idea of his estranged wife Heidi Klum possibly hooking up with her bodyguard.

During a family vacation in Sardinia, Italy recently, the “Project Runway” host looked awfully comfortable with her bodyguard of four years, a man named Martin Kristen, according to People.

Klum, 39, looked relaxed and content in a white visor and blue cover-up over her bikini. Her security guard wore camo shorts and a red T-shirt; he appeared to be part of the family as he played in the sand with Klum and Seal’s four children.

And the “Let’s Stay Together” crooner was not amused.

When asked by TMZ what he thought about Klum’s supposed new man, Seal said on video, “That’s what happens when two people separate. They move on and that generally means other people in their lives. I certainly don’t expect Heidi to become a nun. My main priority is the emotional well-being of our children and to be quite honest if there is going to be someone in their lives, I’d rather it be a familiar face.”

“I didn’t expect any better from him…but I would’ve thought Heidi would of shown a bit more class…before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were,” Seal added.

Responding to Seal’s statement, Klum’s rep tells E! News, “It is sad that Seal has to resort to false accusations.”

Since splitting with Seal in January, Klum has been candid about her feelings on love. “I don’t know if I’ll get married again,” she told German publication Bild am Sonntag. “Although I really enjoyed being married. I’m a dreamer. I loved our annual fairy-tale weddings that were our big family parties. But sadly, it somehow didn’t work out.”

Tom Cruise gets off cheaply in divorce from Katie Holmes

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes on their wedding day 5 years ago.

More details are emerging about the lightning-quick divorce of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, and, as was the case during his previous divorce from actress Nicole Kidman, Cruise is getting off pretty easy.

Citing sources familiar with the court documents, a report at TMZ says that Holmes will not receive a lump-sum payout, meaning that Cruise gets to keep most of his $250 million fortune.

TMZ also says that Holmes is not getting spousal support, but her ex will pay her $400,000 a year in child support until their 6-year-old daughter, Suri, turns 18. He reportedly will cover Suri’s medical and dental care and education.

In addition, sources told TMZ, the settlement says that the couple agrees that Suri will not attend a residential school. That means she won’t be sent to the Delphian, a Scientology school in Oregon that her big sister Isabella — Cruise’s daughter with Kidman — attended.

Rupert Sanders Makes Full Court Press to Save His Marriage

Liberty Ross and Rupert Sanders

Actress Liberty Ross and her husband director Rupert Sanders arrive at a screening of Universal Pictures’ “Snow White and The Huntsman”

Rupert Sanders — the straying hubby of Liberty Ross —  is “desperate” to save his marriage … so say sources connected to the famous director.

Our sources say Rupert is begging Liberty to give him another chance, but Liberty is playing it cool.  She is non-committal, but our Rupert sources say she has imposed a number of “conditions” that must be met for a possible reconciliation.

As for the conditions … the easy one is keeping his genitals to himself. Rupert has told Liberty he’s down with that. The sources say Rupert has been told in no uncertain terms he must be a better husband.  As for whether he’s up to the task … the jury is out.

Our Rupert sources say it doesn’t look like there will be an immediate decision on the marriage — it’s likely to take months.
