“Blue Ivy diet” slims Beyonce by 65 pounds

beyonceblueivyThere’s no doubt that Beyoncé’s latest album is her most revealing body of work yet. Literally.

The singer defended her decision to show off her body and feature several explicit songs in part four of her self-titled documentary called Liberation.

“The day I got engaged was my husband’s birthday and I took him to Crazy Horse and I remember thinking, ‘Damn, these girls are fly.’ And I just thought it was the ultimate sexy show. I wish I was up there, I wish I could perform that for my man…so that’s what I did for my video,” Bey said about her track “Partition.”

The burlesque-themed video shows Jay Z’s other half dancing in a series of provocative ensembles, including a thong at one point.

“I was very aware of the fact that I was showing my body. I was 195 pounds when I gave birth, I lost 65 pounds, I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body,” she said.

“I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back. I know finding my sensuality, getting back into my body, being proud of growing up, it was important to me that I expressed that in my music because there are so many women that feel the same thing after they give birth.”

The “Grown Woman” singer also added that she wants to inspire new mothers everywhere to not be ashamed of their sexuality.

“You can have your child and still have fun and still be sexy and still have dreams and still have yourself,” she shared. “I don’t at all have any shame in being sexual and I’m not embarrassed about it…I don’t feel like I have to protect that side of me because I do believe that sexuality is a power that we all have.”

And there you have it, from the Queen herself!

Beyoncé shows off sexy curves, dances seductively, twerks in new music video ‘Yoncé’

beyonce25f-5-webBeyoncé is showing exactly how sexy should be done.

The 32-year-old singer released another music video off her highly successful surprise album “Beyoncé.”

If Beyoncé weren’t enough to heat up the screen, she’s joined by Victoria’s Secret models Chanel Iman, Joan Smalls and Jourdan Dunn, who all add to the video’s sexiness. Wearing fish nets, leather and lace, the ladies give glimpses of booty cheeks, underboob and even some licking — this is sure to be a holiday treat.

Oh and then there’s also the lyrics, which include: “See me up in the club with 50 of them girls / Posted in the back, got my things and my grill / Brooklyn brim with my eyes sitting low / Every boy in here with me got that smoke / Every girl in here got to look me up and down.”

Fans also couldn’t ignore her surprise album, which was released Friday, Dec. 13 with no notice. By Monday the album had sold more than 617,000 units on iTunes.

“It was a brilliant and innovative marketing idea,” John Sykes, Clear Channel President of Entertainment Enterprises, said in a statement. “We found out when everyone else did, minutes before it was released.”

The same day the album dropped Beyoncé also premiered the music video “Drunk in Love” featuring her husband Jay Z and it left heads spinning.

“I didn’t want to release my music the way I’ve done it,” Beyoncé said in a statement. “I am bored with that. I feel like I am able to speak directly to my fans.”

Blue Ivy’s mom must have been feeling the love because she had another surprise for fans when she dropped by a Walmart in Tewksbury, Mass., Us Weekly reported. She not only addressed the crowd via the store’s intercom, but she also gifted everyone with a $50 Walmart gift card, which totaled $37,500 for 720 shoppers.

Beyonce, Jay-Z to raise money for Obama

Jay-Z speaks to Barack Obama

Jay-Z speaking to Sen. Barrack Obama, supporters P. Diddy and Russell Simmons look on during a campaign rally for then-Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama in Miami

President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign is getting a boost from pop stars Beyonce and Jay-Z.

The superstar couple will hold a fundraiser with Obama on Tuesday at a swanky New York nightclub that Jay-Z owns.

Tickets are $40,000, but the campaign says a small donation lands a chance to win two tickets — airfare and hotel included.

Beyonce says in an email to Obama’s supporters that she’s a huge fan and will do whatever it takes to help him win a close race.

This isn’t the first time the Obamas have teamed up with the A-list couple to promote each other’s causes. Michelle Obama helped Beyonce with efforts to promote global humanitarianism, and the president appeared in a pre-recorded video earlier this month at a Jay-Z event in Philadelphia.

Bradley Cooper To Join Beyonce In ‘A Star Is Born’?

Bradley Cooper

Hollywood Hunk Bradley Cooper

Bradley Cooper is reportedly mulling over an offer to star opposite Beyonce in Clint Eastwood’s film “A Star is Born.”

Eastwood allegedly wants Cooper as the leading man for the movie, according toVariety.

The director’s version of “A Star is Born” will be a remake of the 1937 film. The movie is about an aging rocker who falls in love with a young, rising star. Screenwriter Will Fetters based the aging rocker character on Nirvana’s Kurt Cobain, imagining how he would last in the industry 20 years later had he survived.

The Press Association reports Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale and Will Smith have all turned down the “Star Is Born” role. Tom Cruise was the latest to be linked to the part.

“The Hangover” actor may be contemplating the role in Eastwood’s Warner Bros. remake, but according to Variety, “there is no deal in place and Cooper has a very busy schedule.”

A busy schedule, indeed.

Cooper is currently in negotiations to star in J. Blakeson’s crime thriller “Bad Blood and Trouble” at MRC, as well as “The Hangover Part III” and David O. Russell’s “American Bullshit,” The Hollywood Reporter details.

He has multiple upcoming films as well, including Russell’s “Silver Linings Playbook,” the indie “The Place Beyond the Pines,” “The Words” and “Hit and Run.”

Beyonce, the leading lady for “A Star Is Born”, was cast in January 2011. Filming was set to begin in February, but the singer’s pregnancy delayed the plans.

Last summer, Beyonce talked to Reuters about the role.

“It’s when I became a fan of Barbra Streisand’s. And I then saw Judy Garland’s version of ‘A Star Is Born’ and I realized every 20 to 30 years a new star is born and a new talent represents that generation and era — so I didn’t think that I would ever get the opportunity to be the star,” she told Reuters.

“I met with Clint and I was so nervous and I know that it is the biggest opportunity of my life. I will work as hard as I can,” she added. “Because I can’t wait. And I am so happy that he trusts me and I am in good hands and I am so fortunate.”
